Press the "Add New" button at the top of the section and enter the "Contact Form to Email" text in the search box. The plugin will be listed with the installation options. To learn more about the installation of the commercial versions, please click the button below.

The plugin settings page is accessible from the menu option: "Settings/Contact Form to Email". From the settings page it is possible create, clone, delete, or edit a form, access form submissions, activate/deactivate add-ons, export/import forms, and troubleshoot possible issues.

Forms can send notification emails with the submitted information, but this information can be checked easily by pressing the "Message" button associated with the form. The "Message Screen" includes options for filtering events, checking payment status, and even for exporting information to a CSV file.

Inserting Form on Page
Forms are inserted by pressing the icon over the page content editor. The action inserts a shortcode in the page's content. Enter the form's id in the shortcode:

The plugin includes other buttons to create global variables or display summaries in the "Thank you pages".
